Sean became a certified fitness professional in 2012. An athlete all of his life, and a 2014 member of the USA Triathlon All-American Team, Sean has run 34 marathons, holds a black belt in Karate and is a self-proclaimed “gym rat”, who now motivates others through personal training and class instruction. 

He feels so fortunate to have worked with clients at every fitness level and all stages of life; children as young as 7 years old, including some that have Asperger’s, as well as clients as mature as 95 years old, with challenges such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s, depression and asthma. Sean’s charm and personality can make even the most apprehensive client feel comfortable and inspired about starting and sticking to a workout program at The J.
