Jenn discovered her love for teaching exercise in California over 10 years ago, and brings her devotion for healthy living to Fairfield, where she lives with her husband and 3 sports-loving children.

Jenn’s passion for both fitness and education, drove her to became a certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer in order to help others use exercise as a way of making positive mental and physical changes in their lives. Jenn loves mixing music, motivation and energy to help each member achieve their individual goals. Jenn’s classes are always innovate and she is known for bringing her indoor workouts outside in the good weather, a fitness experience the members of The J are sure to love.
