Kimberly began her career in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor in 1998. Kimberly’s ability to change each routine, using a variety of creative and results-driven exercises, lead her to have a wait list of clients for both her Personalized Training Sessions and Group Exercise Classes, within a year of starting her fitness business. In 2009, Kimberly took on the position of Group Fitness Director, where she created a dynamic schedule of over 70 packed classes a week and managed a talented group of 25 instructors. In 2011, she took on the additional role of Operations Manager, allowing her to learn and excel at a contrasting, yet equally significant side of the fitness industry. Kimberly participates in continuing education classes and attends annual fitness conventions to keep current on the latest fitness trends and products. As a busy mother of two amazing teenagers, one of her life goals is to teach her kids that you can love going to work every day if you choose something you are passionate about. Kimberly brings her excitement for healthy living and her devotion to family to The J, helping create an environment where health, wellness and community come together.
