Boxing Power Hour
This non-contact, fitness-based class will use boxing fundamentals such as punch combinations, bag work and high intensity cardio intervals, as well as partner and technique work for a full-body workout.
Using a special stationary bicycle, participants ride through jumps, hill climbs, intervals and flat roads at varying speeds and resistance.
Straight Up Cardio
Done to upbeat, motivating music, this sequence of lunges, squats, plyometric exercises and dance moves will increase your aerobic capacity and power.
