Boxing Power Hour
This non-contact, fitness-based class will use boxing fundamentals such as punch combinations, bag work and high intensity cardio intervals, as well as partner and technique work for a full-body workout.
Using a specialized stationary bicycle, participants ride through jumps, hill climbs, intervals, and flat roads at varying speeds and resistance.
Straight Up Cardio
Done to upbeat, motivating music, this sequence of lunges, squats, plyometric exercises and dance moves will increase your aerobic capacity and power.
A combination of dance and aerobic movements preformed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo, with squats, lunges and additional exercises also included.
A challenging and dynamic strength and toning conditioning class, targeting the entire body for total muscle fatigue. Possible resistance tools include: weights, bands, exercise balls and body bars.
A series of isometric movements which uses a combination of light resistance, the ballet barre and bodyweight exercises to define and reshape the entire body.
This high-intensity interval class is designed to push both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance to the next level. Both athletic and functional exercises are used to build strength, increase agility and power and promote overall fitness. BOSU Ball and moderate to heavy weights are incorporated to increase both challenge and results.

Join the Shred Club! Through a variety of intense interval stations, this class is designed to improve your overall fitness- strength, cardio, flexibility, agility, and endurance.
3 sets of 10 exercises, 60 seconds on, 15 seconds off, with a 1 minute rest between sets. Finish with abdominal work for a total body, calorie-burning blast.
This interval format class consists of four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max exertion followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds. Each round is separated by a short rest and then repeated with different exercises. Both cardio and strength exercises are combined to maximize calorie burning.
Three stations make up this calorie-burning, circuit training class, including, but not limited to: Rowing, Cycling and Strength Training, using various types of resistance such as weights, bands or BOSU® balls.
A series of moderate to high-intensity cardiovascular challenges, followed by a lower intensity activity, this combo class will increase aerobic power, expand anaerobic capacity, improve recovery time, and burn fat.

GROUP FITNESS MEMBER POLICIES
- All members must check-in at the front desk for each class
- Beginning at midnight, class reservations may be made online for the following day
- Please call the front desk to cancel your reservation if you cannot make the class you’re signed up for
- For safety reasons, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may enter a class only at the discretion of the instructor
- In consideration of other members, do not crowd a member who has arrived in class before you
- Members should refrain from wearing any fragrances to all classes
- Late arrivals for classes will forfeit their reservation
- Cell phones are not permitted in classes
- Out of courtesy to your instructors and fellow members, please refrain from talking during classes
- Saving bikes or spots for others is not permitted
